SUMMARY:Adopt A Tree Program
DESCRIPTION:Rupa Rahul Bajaj Centre for Environment and Art\, RRBCEA (in collaboration with SeasonWatch) invites you to participate in a unique citizen science program- “Adopt a tree” \n🌱Any enthusiastic volunteers 10yrs+ can participate. (Participants below the age of 16yrs can be accompanied by an adult).\n🌱The volunteers would adopt at least one tree in the Empress Botanical Garden premises and a different individual of the same tree outside/ near their residence to track comparitive seasonal changes in the tree throughout the year during different seasons.\n🌱Volunteers need to commit about 15-20 minutes at least once a month to visit their adopted tree(s) and record observations.\n🌱Volunteers will be trained by experts in a short 2 hour orientation workshop. \nAnyone who loves trees can volunteer! \n
