Adopt A Tree Program

Rupa Rahul Bajaj Centre for Environment and Art, RRBCEA (in collaboration with SeasonWatch) invites you to participate in a unique citizen science program- “Adopt a tree”

🌱Any enthusiastic volunteers 10yrs+ can participate. (Participants below the age of 16yrs can be accompanied by an adult).
🌱The volunteers would adopt at least one tree in the Empress Botanical Garden premises and a different individual of the same tree outside/ near their residence to track comparitive seasonal changes in the tree throughout the year during different seasons.
🌱Volunteers need to commit about 15-20 minutes at least once a month to visit their adopted tree(s) and record observations.
🌱Volunteers will be trained by experts in a short 2 hour orientation workshop.

Anyone who loves trees can volunteer!
